Every officer carries a current Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA) licence in Ontario or a Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP) licence in Quebec, and is screened, uniformed, trained and supervised on our payroll. Our agency holds Ontario PSISA #30000230 and Quebec BSP GAR 20062877, $5M commercial general liability with errors-and-omissions coverage, and we issue a Certificate of Insurance to your procurement team within one business day on request. We do not subcontract coverage to other agencies — when you sign with Vision Security, the guard who shows up wears our uniform and answers to one of our supervisors.

Every deployment ships with a written post order, a relief structure, supervisor cadence and a reporting cadence agreed before the first shift.
Cities we cover with on-the-ground supervision and same-week deployment: Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec City, Laval, Trois-Rivières, Niagara Falls and the surrounding regions including the West Island, Laurentides, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Gatineau, Lévis and St. Catharines. Urban deployments target twenty-four to forty-eight hours from contract signature; regional postings ship within seventy-two hours. Emergency fire-watch and last-minute event coverage can be deployed inside four hours in most urban cores.
