When you reach out, tell us your asset type (condo tower, retail chain, distribution centre, corporate HQ, event, film production, industrial plant, hotel, healthcare facility), the coverage window you need (daytime concierge, overnight patrol, alarm response, 24/7 static, event-specific shifts), and whether bilingual supervision is a hard requirement. With that much context, our first reply will already include a proposed posting structure, a licence and insurance summary (Ontario PSISA #30000230, Quebec BSP GAR 20062877, $5M commercial general liability, Errors & Omissions), and a target deployment window — usually twenty-four to forty-eight hours for urban sites in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa, and seventy-two hours for regional postings in Quebec City, Trois-Rivières and Niagara Falls.
If you need an emergency deployment — fire watch under AHJ order, a cancelled vendor the same week, a high-profile threat or a last-minute event — say so in the subject line. Our dispatch desk answers 24/7 and can move a licensed officer to most urban sites inside four hours and to most regional sites the same day. We will not quote blind; we will do a short scoping call first so the plan we send you is actually deployable, and we will not subcontract your coverage to another agency.
For invoicing questions, subpoena or incident-report requests, HR enquiries, media contacts and partnership proposals, use the same form and route the request to the relevant department in the message body. Legal, compliance and insurance certificates can be issued to your procurement team within one business day on request.
